The Property
Netherfield Place is a 1904 Queen Ann Victorian with spacious and distinctive guest rooms and luxurious common areas on the main level. All guests are welcome to the shared spaces in the house, including a billiards library with pool table and misting lighted fireplace, a large comfortable parlor with a player piano, a one-of-a-kind reception area and staircase, a well-appointed formal dining room, and a newly renovated professional kitchen, stocked with a wide array of equipment for any cooking needs.
Our guest rooms feature king-size pillow-top mattresses, ceiling fans, desk, dresser, flat-screen streaming TV, and wardrobe/closet. Every unit has a private, ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and linens, as well as a counter-top ice maker, mini-fridge, and personal coffee maker.
The house is on a double-lot with ample free private parking, and is just a short walk to the downtown commercial area and Paola's iconic Park Square
